• Gift certificates are valid for one year. Bookings must be made within the one-year period; however, travel can commence after that period.
• Gift certificates may be used for a cruise, vacation package, tours or air travel of recipient’s choice.
• Valid on new bookings only.
• Cannot be used for hotel or car rental unless part of a package. 
• If the travel costs exceed the value of the gift certificate, the remaining balance will be charged to the client.
• All travel must be booked with a Brentwood Travel agent through a Brentwood Travel- approved supplier.
• Gift certificates may not be used for travel booked online.
• Original gift certificate must be provided to Brentwood Travel at the time travel is booked.
• Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
• Certificates may be customized according to instructions from purchaser.
• Certificates may be purchased with check or credit card. There will be a 5% processing fee for credit card payments.
