Susan has been in the travel industry for over 30 years. She started right after college, when a large incentive company hired her and taught her most aspects of the travel profession. She combined her finance and accounting education with her travel background and found a home at Brentwood Travel as the Controller.

Since then, she has worked her way up the ladder to the role of Vice President & General Manager! She never wanted to have to choose between her travel knowledge and her love for numbers, so her management role allows her to have the best of both worlds!

Her parents were both world travelers and always told her that travel is the highest form of education. The more we know about different cultures, the more understanding and peace there would be in this world. Her daughter has now joined the travel industry also! The travel bug sure does run in the family!
